Caller Display Has Stopped Working

The Caller Display Has Stopped Working On My Phone. I have tried connecting and un-connecting the phones. I have turned Off Caller Display and turned it back on again but no luck. Any help would be appreciated please.

As of 3rd June 2017, all TalkTalk Customers have had the Caller Display and last Caller barring service added to their account, free of charge.

This has been added as away to prevent any scam calls.

  • Caller Display will show numbers calling through on the screen of their phone.
  • Last Caller barring will allow the customer to bar the last 10 numbers that have called them.

 

We will now send you an email with a link, which will contain everything you need to know about your Provacy Calling Features.

This should fix most issues that are not caused by system or equipment faults.

Please read this email clearly to see if this helps to fix your query

That's correct a colleague of yours has already tried to do that for me and he coudn't get to work either.

Yes we can. Everything is working OK on the phone it's just the Caller Display not working.

Thank you for confirming, do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example, a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

Hi nambuso,

I have tried all of this again with the same result Caller Display is still not working.

Chris said he was reffering the problem to the Tech Dept.

I have heard nothing from them yet.

No problem, thanks for retesting. I'm out of ideas so I'll pass it over to our network team and ask them to take a look. I'll let you know when I receive an update or they may contact you directly
