Cancel international call boost

I can see how to cancel my inyternational calls boost in my online account but how much notice do I need to give? It renews on 22 February. If I cancel on 21 February, does in run until 21 March, or do I lose it as soon as I cancel? Wil I have to pay another month's fee (or even a penalty fee)?

Thanks.

PS. Web chat isn't working or I would have used that.

My bill lists International Calls, but I can't see this boost in my online account and therefore can't cancel it. What do I do?

Hi Ihaveaq23

Just to confirm the boost is cancelled straight away, you have had it on your account for much longer than 30 days so you can cancel it at anytime.

Hope that helps

If you have had it more than one month you can cancel any time and unused days are refunded on the next bill.

The bill is made up a couple of days before you receive it, so do it sooner.

Cancellation is immediate, so any calls made thereafter will be charged, @Ihaveaq23.
