Fibre 35 and VoIP

Lots of publicity about the great switch off.  I have fibre 35 which I believe works ove  stretch of phone line.  Is my landline going to be cut off?  No communication from TalkTalk so I have no idea what’s going on.  Do I need to do anything?

 

I only need a landline because the mobile signal in my building is terrible.

Hi

 

Openreach are phasing out all copper lines over the next couple of years, so at some point in the future, you will need to switch. Your services would not be disconnected without first communicating with you.

 

You may be offered an upgrade in the near future, to full Fibre with digital voice, or you can initiate an upgrade yourself, when ready, by calling our customer teams and requesting this.
