Ordinary landlines are integrated with basic copper ADSL and FTTC services, @loadall530.
They cannot be removed and we are not charged extra as the broadband uses that line.
Only Full Fibre to the premises comes with the possibility of no telephone facility.

For cancellation of any service, please cal 0345 172 0088 and speak with the Customer Loyalty Team directly.
All cancellation of services must go via the Customer Loyalty Teams directly.
