I was told my bill was going up an extra £12 a month if I did not change from an old copper line. I have changed to full fibre with digital voice via the e mail you sent me but am still on the old copper line?

Well thanks for this information, I appreciate it. Could they not just have sent an email to everyone to state this delay?

I'm in the situation as you. There seems to be no communication from them once we opted in to this. We're left in the dark about it and I am now without a landline.
I hope we get some resolution to this soon.
