Did you try fixing this up via the Home Move team, @Movingrobert?

They will charge £60 for a move, but if you are prepared to take out a new contract with Talktalk that gets waived.

If you are trying to get Full Fibre installed at the new address it may be more complicated than fixing up with FTTC. If you did that and then waited for them to offer Full Fibre for the new address, and asked for the phone number to be kept, then it might be possible to fix you up with VOIP.

Remember that we are in a transition phase, and before long traditional phone lines will not be maintained.

What package are you trying to move from / to?
