Hello I renewed my contract on the understanding you would give me a new landline number I then go put through to someone who had no idea what I was on about even know the person who renewed my contract said he would explain to next person then to be told you can't do it I would off never renewed my contract if this was the case
So the news isn't good, the only way to give you a new number is to stop the service and place a new order, meaning a loss of service between the stop and restart potentially 10 days.
If the reason to change the number is to stop calls from people who know your number, enable callsafe and add their number to the blocked list this will stop them calling.
