No Confirmation of keeping landline

On 15 Feb I agreed to keep my landline for an extra £12 a month. I had received no confirmation of this by letter or email (3 March), even though I rang again on 24 Feb and was promised someone would 'escalate' the matter. Has anyone else experienced this delay?

There is an open complaint on your account, so we cant interfere there is a call booked for today.
