I had probs with my router 4 wks ago and have received 2 replacements. The internet is fine but my land shows NO CALLER ID on recipients of my out going calls

I have checked and Witheld number is not active on your account, You may need to call the full fibre support team so they can check at a network level 03451720088

Try removing ad blockers, allow pop ups, or try another browser, @Stressed2.
Helpful to know if you still can't access My Account after that, as staff will try to help you with that too.

If you can't get the box to update to clear the setting so that your number is no longer withheld, staff should be able to do that for you.

So the internet is fine and the landline is fine for actually making and receiving calls, @Stressed2?
Check that Caller ID is activated in your My Account, as detailed here:

That page also details troubleshooting.
Check that your own number is not withheld, because that would prevent other people seeing yours displayed.
It isn't quite clear in your post exactly where the problem is happening.
Could be a problem at the recipients' end, if your own number is not withheld.
Dialling out will simply show you the number you are calling at the time. Your phone should be able to display a list of calls both dialled and received.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....add your Talktalk phone number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
