Our phone has not been receiving calls or allowing us to make outgoing calls for 2 days. Broadband is working fine

Thanks for reply , did as you suggested still no joy , however my wife finally got to speak to someone at your end and after a while it was agreed that a bt person would call round in a few days ,

Hi

 

Tests are currently clear, so no obvious faults are showing.

 

Have you tried another handset to make sure that is not at fault?

 

Also, unplug everything out of the phone socket, and just have the phone only connected to try a test call.  If you have a 'Test Socket' , make sure you test at that point , and if all fails, then we will need to arrange an engineer for you.

 

Please get back to me as soon as you have tested and we can progress this for you asap.
