I've moved to TT residential from TT business, I asked for both the FTTP internet and phone to be moved across, but only the internet has moved.
On TTB I had a hybrid line, FTTP for internet, and copper for phone line, when I tried moving two years ago this caused problems and TTR couldn't 'find' the number to transfer, in the end TTB renewed my contract for same price as TTR.
This time I was told all was fine, but phone is still on copper, and I've been given new number for Digital Voice, I wish for the number to be transferred to DV before it 'disappears' into the ether.
