TT Digital Voice App being discontinued?

I am currently on an order to upgrade to full fibre 65 VOIP and today an agent called up to give a briefing prior to installation next week.

 

She told me that the Digital Voice app is being discontinued and I would not be able to use it at all.

Can someone confirm if this is the case?

 

This is disappointing as I would have needed the app to replace the corded phone landlines around the house and this is also something that formed the basis for me upgrading to full fibre.

The digital Voice app is no longer available to new customers, and the app itself will be phased out in the near future.
