According to my statement I telephoned ** removed**for 2hrs 21 minutes and 48 seconds at a cost of £19.68 on the 11th September 2024. I don't know who this number is and have never called it I did receive a call from them once some days earlier and they hung up as soon as I answered. I googled the number and found that it was a scam number and therefore I am aware of that number, hence I would never phone it. Please help!

I can see that a credit has been raised.  

 

That number has been called previously in April , because the call was under 60 mins there was no charge, in this instance the phone hasn't been hung up correctly.
