landline cut off

Hi,

I have two accounts within the last week both landline have been cut.

It looks like BT OPENREACH are cutting landlines without telling anyone

but if you complain will reconnect.

So VOIP is coming when will I be able to connect my landline to my talktalk router

without having full fibre?

Hi @VOIP!

Just to clarify, BT are NOT cutting off landlines, you have a fault on the line which has been passed to an engineer to visit the exchange.
