Nothing working on account home page

When I log in to my account homepage via the Safari browser on an iphone the page is blank. The dashboard page is also blank. See attached photo.It works on an ipad though. I have tried closing the browser and deleting the cookies on the phone but it never works

Duckduckgo has huge security built in by design, that will be causing the issue , ie the browser both safari and Duckduck view My Account as a pop-up based site.

I google search for the log in page every time I want to log in and it gives me the log in page mentioned in a post above.

The fact that it works on an Ipad makes me think its something on the iphone, as ferguson says are you using this link https://auth.talktalk.co.uk/login

It's not a method of access to My Account I generally use, but I have just tested on my own iPhone using the inbuilt Safari browser and all seems fine. Are you using a bookmark, or previous link?

The browser is up to date as it is part of the phone IOS. There are no pop up on that page to block.

Is the browser on the phone upto date,  also are you allowing pop-ups for My Account.
