Future Fibre 500 Unable to use Teamviewer

Hello, i recently moved to Data Only Future Fibre 500 from BT which i'll have to say has been amazing and hassle free until now. For some reason i am unable to use TeamViewer with TalkTalk. I've seen a lot of users with the same problem i've also seen solutions for a fix. I am unable to gain access my account allow TeamViewer through as i've never received any account numbers or login details through the post or email to allow me to change this. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Jay-Jay1, if you're on Future Fibre you need to contact the Future Fibre support team they'll be able to help you get this sorted.
