Hi @Andys13

Please see my sticky on this very subject,  which you would have seen if you had posted this concern in one of the Full Fibre/Fibre/Broadband boards. Please note (as per another sticky of mine), the security board is for general security issues, like kids safe, home safe & SuperSafe, etc. It is not for router-related security questions about WPA2/3 etc.

A direct link to my sticky that relates to your problem is:-

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

@Andys13

That Apple warning is a wee bit over zealous, as long as you have your WiFi Security mode set to WPA2-PSK with Encryption AES you should be fine. I can't speak to the lack of connectivity with the VW though, maybe reach out to them directly?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

WPA2 is secure.

Not sure what your actual issue is as WPA2 is secure. Have you perhaps changed from WPA2 to something less secure?

Please see here for help so you can check your router settings are correct.
