kids safe

Same problem for me.I have checked that kids safe isnt blocked in my account but i can't access any gambling websites and wasn't able to last night.

 

BIg problem during the cheltenham festival!

Hi Neville

 

Ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your landline phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and save changes. The Community support OCE's (TalkTalk team) will then be able to link this topic to your TalkTalk service account.

I've drawn this topic to the attention of the TalkTalk Community support team of OCE's and they'll respond to you right here to help you.

 

Have you tried the quick 10 minute fix:

  • Log in to your MyAccount
  • Select My Services (grey header bar)
  • Select View HomeSafe settings (drop down list)
  • Switch on KidsSafe and enable gambling sites
  • Wait 5 minutes (check if you can access gambling sites)
  • Switch off gambling sites and switch off KidsSafe
  • Wait 5 minutes
  • Check if you can access gambling sites

Hi neville76, I've reset Kidsafe for you. You'll get a couple of mails about it being turned on and off. Hopefully that will clear this issue. If not please let me know straight away.
