I have received a 4k box Saturday 9 Jan,  which is plugged in and working OK.  Only thing is, on loading my tv channels it has not loaded any ITV  channels except ITV2plus 1 and ITV4 plus 1?

Please can you advise.

Hi

 

Connect your aerial direct to your TV and retune and see if the channels show on the TV or if the channels are poor quality.

 

The bad weather is affecting some transmitters and transmissions and affecting reception in some areas.
