BBC1 & BBC2 no or poor signal

since changing to full digital service our BBC1 & BBC2 signal

is so poor we are often unable to view live TV

Hi

 

These channels are over the air and will be unaffected by the broadband connection.  There is freeview maintenance ongoing around the UK that can impact the signals.

You should also connect the aerial direct to your TV bypassing any TV box and test the channels to see if there is any difference.
