I have been supplied wirh a netgem box and it is totally useless. The menus are clumsy and it is impossible to get it to record from a station that I am not already watchinch makes recording pointlrss.. If this is a common fault I may have to re-consider my long standing contract eith Talktalk.

Going Forward, TalkTalk now only provide the TV Hub.

You may be eligible to upgrade to this, and if you call our customer Loyalty Teams they can advise of the latest offers and discounts they have currently.

Many providers are moving towards Streaming boxes as the industry as a whole is moving towards On Demand content and slowly phasing out recordable boxes.

The fact that you can only record from the channel thay you are already watching makes the box a complete and utter waste of time. How long will it be before this useless box is replaced bt something better. Luckily I still have my old V4 uinit which is still far superior to the new unit. I believe Talktalk have made a major mistake in rolling out the 4K units and will definitely lose customers, However, thank you answering my query, Karl.

The button is on the right side, it's just made to look like part of the box, but it is there.

I have looked at the box and I can't see a button on the side. This is one of those small netgem 4k boxes

The Netgem box will only record one program at a time from the channel that you are watching.

The box operates. It is just useless for recording anything. I am absolutely sure that I am not the only customer to have experienced this. If I am would you please tell me how many programs the Netgem box should record?
