My tv remote has decided to stop wirking put new batteries in and still nothing could i please request a new 1

Hi

 

We do not carry individual stocks of remotes for those box models, so I'm unable to just send a remote.  The only option I have is to replace the complete unit.  Would you like me to do this, and you can return one.
