Have been unable to phone TalkTalk as phone is not available at the moment this has been for the last few days
I need to cancel Entertainment membership didn’t know that a monthly charge was for this .

You will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team as it's seen as part of your ongoing contract and staff here cannot amend contracts.
You will also need to return the box and a returns envelope will be sent.
Try phoning 0345 172 0088. As said, ask for the loyalty team
