How do I get TalkTalk to send me another NOW TV activation email ?

First activation email didn't work as my previous Now TV contract directly with 'Now TV ' had not quite been finally cancelled by Now TV. That has now been done.

Now Talk Talk are not sending me another Now TV activation email, despite spending several hours speaking to various team on Live Chat. I am going round in circles.

I have changed my email contact on Now TV account to match my Talk Talk email in the hope that might help make it easier.

Please, please help as my son and I are missing lots of football because of this difficult set up which has lasted several days now and seems like Talk Talk are ignoring my requests. I cant believe its difficult.

Thanks Karl. I'll give it a go. The link hadn't expired as it is live for 14 days and I'm only 4 days in. Seems like this is a recurring problem. Now TV online chat say TalTalk should be easily able to resolve this. Very very frustrating.

Hi

 

I'm showing the Now TV options on the account have cancelled as they were not activated in time.

 

You can re-add Now TV to your account via My Account  online or by calling in to our Agents and they can add the required option and discuss any offers or discounts.

Having had NOW directly and switching to it via TalkTalk can cause issues, as you are aware. I sympathise with you and your son, me and my two boys are well into it the footy too.  😊

 

It might help the support team to look into this for you if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
