My 4 k STB has erased my free air channels

Hi

 

have you fully reset the box?

 

Also, if you connect the aerial directly to the TV, are the channels ok or breaking up?

Hi ty for advice. I have tried all of the above suggestions. Still showing no channels found when scanned , no options for regions either .  I did have the free to air channels but after having the box 3 days they disappeared. I hadn’t done anything different at the time .

Can you confirm what you have tried to rectify this please?

 

Have you tried your aerial direct into your TV? Do you get the channels via your TV tuner? If not then it's most probably an aerial issue and you need to consult a local installer.

 

Have you tried rescanning via the settings menu?

 

Have you tried a factory reset of the box?
