As my contract clearly states TV is included within my contract, yet currently I have NO TV Box new or otherwise, simply because I was told to return it as it was faulty, and NO replacement TV Box has been issued.
Please can some either look into this and or spply me with a TV box to which I should have according to my contract. Many Thanks

All contracts have TV in the name to give access to TV options via my account.
If you would like one of the new TV boxes, you will need to renew the contract and have TalkTalk entertainment added to your package. This included the rental for the TV box at £5 per month.
If this is something you are interested in, give our customer teams a call and this can be added for you.
