ITV changed their app and it does not support some older devices and TV's.
This is beyond our control, but if you give our teams a call on 0345 172 0088 they can discuss options and offers to upgrade you to the TalkTalk TV Hub. This s a new android based TV Box that will support ITVX.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes. This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
