Getting Error code YVM102 .Having had fibre installed today, there is no spare port on the modem to provide a wired connection to the huawei box via the mains sockets., because a telephone is connected . Any suggestions please, Is this box too old to have a wireless facility or any work around that could be done. Thanks

Hi,
The 360T is not WiFi enabled.
You have 2 options.
1 buy an ethernet port extender that will plug into the back of your router and provide additional ports.
2 phone and request a new TV Hub which is WiFi enabled, but you may have to recontract to obtain one.
