I cannot play ITV x recored programs on my box as its  not set up with it. Please can I have a new box that has this facility. Can an engineer fit it for me please as I am disabled

You still need to use the contact details I gave you, @Jamesc123, as this is part of your contract.

 

You'll also need to check engineer charges for fixing it up for you. It's described here as £75 for a Talktalk Home Tune Up:

Maybe I should of said I cannot watch on demand on ITV, because my box is not set up for ITV X. Can you send me a new box please and an engineer to set it up, as I am disabled
