Still waiting, told on friday it can take up to 48 hours for our account to be active, but its not, so no TV all weekend on a bank holiday, terrible customer service making us wait, we had a perfectly good serviced from BT, you would think new customers would get a better service and get the goods they have signed up for. Total breach of contract. All we need is to be activated and our Now TV membership and emails sent so we can link our accounts such as Netflix, Hayu etc

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

I have also had this problem. Activation date was 26th and still no internet connection which has mean i have missed nearly two full days as i work from home.

The account must be live before any items can be added to the account. Until the account is set as active, nothing can be added.
