Reset did not work. Turned everything off and started up again. Searched channels now back on Thanks

Is the box connected to the internet?

If not, try reconnecting.

If it is then a factory reset is probably the only option but if you have a usb stick for recording, you will use any recordings you have.

To reset the box turn it on, then press the button on the left hand side 5 times in quick succession. The box should then shut down and go through the set up procedure.
