Missing TV box

I've placed an order for TV a couple weeks back, it's all active but the box is missing, RM failed to deliver (I doubt they attempted) and now the tracking link is basically dead. 

 

I'm sure I'm being charged for this so can something be done, please?

Thanks for the reply. 

 

These couldn't have been legitimate attempts as I'd been working from home and keeping an eye/ear out. However, I know this is RM and not a TalkTalk issue.

 

I do want to say though that redelivery doesn't seem likely as whenever I have tried it including just now I get the following:

 

 

"You've already requested a change. Please see your confirmation email for details.


Tracking number
OQ7XXXX2981GB"

 

(Replaced part of the tracking number)

Hi

 

The tracking link is not dead. The Royal Mail website is very busy this time of year, so you may have to keep trying until it gives the details.

 

I've checked, and Royal Mail have attempted delivery several times and been unsuccessful. 

 

The item is awaiting collection at the local Parcel Depot or you can arrange re-delivery online.
