For several weeks I've been trying to activate a NOW TV boost. On several occasions I have been sent emails containing a button to 'activate now'. When I do so I immediately receive a message saying 'redirecting' followed instantly by a further message saying 'oops, there's been a problem' and ring this number (which I have done to no avail. I have endured long online chats, spoken to agents who have promised to call me back in 3 to 5 days but never do.
I agreed a new contract which would enable me to have the NOW TV boost (my original contract had not expired and now, weeks later, despite receiving the activation email several times (each time accompanied by a text message informing me that I have 7 days to connect) it is not possible to activate the boost.
I find it almost impossible to speak to anybody who has the knowledge to sort out this problem and, when I reach somebody who sounds promising, that is the last I hear.
PLEASE can anyone give me a solution.

Sorry for the delay on this. There are still open orders showing on your account, jamming things up. I've taken this back to the development teams asking these are completed.

The Now TV option has not been activated in time so will cancel. This will need to be readded to the account however there is a stuck order showing.
I've raised a ticket to our development groups to move the orders to completed. I'll check after the weekend to see if this is completed.

The NOW TV Boost should be included automatically with any NOW memberships taken in conjunction with TalkTalk TV. Can you confirm your TalkTalk TV package and which NOW add-ons you have?
