Netflix app has disappeared on my talk talk box. How do I get it back. Do I need a new update talk talk box?

Hi

 

Netflix have stopped supporting the App on the older YouView boxes.

 

The App is available on the TV HUB, and you can upgrade to this.  

 

If this is something you are interested in, give our Teams a call and they can discuss all offers and options with you.

I'm guessing the app is no longer compatible with the box and has been removed. 

 

Staff are back on Monday and can advise.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry if your peers cannot help as there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly.
