Received new tv hub box couple of weeks ago and very pleased with it except for a couple of things.  Sometimes when I turn it on, the picture is very dark.  Need to turn it off then on again to fix it.  And the sound is a bit off with the picture.  I mean, when someone is speaking and it's not quite in sync.  Can I fix these couple of issues?

Hi

Try the factory reset from the settings menu and let me know if this helps.

Aye I found it.  And the sound option but doesn't seem to allow me to alter it.  Maybe do a box reset tomorrow.   I need some Netflix at the moment.   😁😁

Yes, box settings. Haven't got mine hooked up at present but think it's home button, then up arrow to the cog wheel.

Hdmi cable is okay.  Are you talking about settings for the box?  Where do I access those?

I'd suggest checking the HDMI cable is fully connected.

Sometimes turning the cable round and plugging in works. If not then try a different cable if you have one.

As a last resort try a factory reset to reset the box in case there is a bug in the software.

In settings under sound, there is a setting to synchronise the sound and you can adjust by seconds.

Hope this helps.
