Gone over to full fibre and the new talk talk hub box today and feeling very disappointed and frustrated. The hub remote will not turn my new Samsung tv on and off yet the old one did. The sound and picture are out of sync and I can’t record programmes. Used the chat bot and gave up after going round and round in circles for an hour!

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

Can't get my new TV hub to communicate. I get no signal message. Aerial connector ok. Checked connections on all leads all OK.

I hate it! Our old box was faulty so they sent the new hub as a replacement 😫
Not able to record anything and can only add programmes that are available on demand to watch list.
went on chat and when I eventually got to chat to a person, not a bot, they couldn’t have cared less!

Have you tried a factory reset of the Hub from the settings menu ?
See if this helps. If sound is out of sync, can you tell me is this on a specific channel, player etc also are you using any type of sound bare / system or is the hub direct to the TV with HDMI and using the TV speakers etc.
With regards to the Remote, this will work with the majority of TV's but cannot be guaranteed to work with all models.
