Ordered Now Sports on my Account as offered in email. Logged into Now Sports and able to watch sport no problem but unable to access Now boost. I now discover I have to be a tv customer to use Now boost.
I have registered as a tv customer at an additional £5 per month but still do not have access to Now boost.

The HD Boost has been manually added and this should also be reflected within your NOW Account.

No contact or response from TV Manager. Still no boost on Now Sports.
Poor quality picture No HD and unable to watch on 3 channels as advertised..

There was only one link. I activated the Now Sports then a few days later activated a talktalk TV account.

OK, I'll reach out to our TV product manager and see what answer I can get for this one.
Can you also double check the email you received, was there only one link to activate Sky Sports, and not a second link further down for the Boost etc.

Now boost appears to able to be purchased on the Now App for £6 per month. Now sports can be managed on TalkTalk account.
I am unable to stream on more than one application

Does the HD Boost show as inactive in your NOW TV account ? Have you tested streaming on more than 1 device at a time etc ?

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile.
We will not attempt to call you, this is so we can locate your account and run tests on your line if you are reporting a fault.
We will then reply via this thread in our Community with any further advice or next steps.
If unsure of your phone number, and if your line is working simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you. Alternatively these details can be found within My Account online or may be on the heading of any paperwork you have received.
Please post back on this thread when this has been done.
