I’ve had a new contract and received a new tv hub ( I previously had a talk talk tv with hard drive ) I’ve been able to use all the tv services apart from now tv . I’ve been unable to add the now sports boost as shown on the website as £20 per month , I add the boost confirm , am advised I will get a set up email but never receive one . Anyone can help I’d be very happy

Hi

 

The sports has failed to go live after not being activated in time, and a stuck order was preventing this from closing down in order for it to be added again. This has been identified as an issue affecting some accounts, and a defect has ben raised to developers to look at a resolution.

 

I'm not able to confirm any timescales at the moment,

Hi Karl , that’s how I’ve been trying to add now sport boost , through the page that comes up on my account , has all the options to add now boost etc , I add the boost, confirm and get the the pop up that confirms boost added and that an email will be set to set up but nothing received after a week, nothing in the junk folder either
