Thank you 😊

Hi
Glad our colleagues could help.
Remember, NOW TV bill in advance, so this will keep working up to the end of their billing date, so may not appear to have cancelled immediately.
Thanks
Karl.

This is from the Now website.
- Sign in to your TalkTalk account and select My package and add-ons
- In the My TV section, select NOW
- You'll see your active add-ons. Just untick the checkbox that says Added to remove the one you no longer want
- Select Apply changes and then confirm.
You can also cancel by contacting TalkTalk customer service.
Once you've cancelled, you'll be able to carry on enjoying your membership for the rest of the month you've paid for.
Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
