Programme series disappeared from App

I have been accessing and watching Classic Casualty from the early series by going into the U app. The app is still there, but suddenly, the early series of CC has disappeared. How do I locate the full Classic series again, I can watch on my PC, but not on TV

If it is an app issue, then try a factory reset of the hub which will download the software again.

 

Factory reset can be found under settings.

The programme options are totally empty. The pictures relating to the whole selection of programme series available are there to see, but they are empty, nothing at all to watch. This cannot be a broadcasting issue, it must be the hub. The hub has been causing viewing issues since installing the first one, this is the second hub i have installed. Started off fine, now a problem with U already.

This is not a fault with the Hub, the content can vary between apps.  You can try a search to see what episodes are available.  I've tested within the U App here on my box and can only see series 10 to 17 showing.

 

Do you see the same if you try a search for Casualty.

But, I can still select the catch up programmes on my PC and my tablet, they are just missing from TV, is this not a fault with the talktalk hub, nothing to do with the broadcaster?

As fr8ys mentions, the content within the catch-up up is solely down to each broadcaster, and we have no control over this.

That's life unfortunately. Programmes come and go from catchup apps.

 

I cannot find this by doing a search on demand. It is there in the broadcast future programmes.

 

There is nothing that can be done by you to bring this back. This decision is down to the app owner, in this case U.
