I have just ordered an upgrade to full fiber 900 with my TV package transferred with it but u have the old unsupported TV box.
How do I get the latest supported version TV box sent out to me to use with my account and TV package?

Whilst it's unsupported, please note that TalkTalk no longer provide boxes that record, so if this is important to you, when upgrading be sure to ask to retain your existing box.
If you have a smart TV though, you most probably can get all the new TV box offers already.

When the full fibre package is installed and ready, you will need to get in touch with us to discuss upgrading your TV. We cannot add to the order and can only look at other additions such as TV hen this is completed.
