Setting up new hub

Today I received a new hub from Talktalk, but the aerial I have (on the old Freeview hub) DOESN'T FIT the new one. It’s too large.  Spent hours trying to set it up, but no result. What do I do?

Aerial sockets are a standard size, which box did you have and do you have now? 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
