For some reason I cant access my TV Apps! I can bring them up but any time we try to start a programme, it takes us back to the Apps list?

 

Anyone else encountered this issue and if so what is the fix?

Which box do you have?

 

If it's the 4k box or TV Hub, usually the only way is to set the box back to factory settings and set the box up again.

 

However first try disconnecting the box from the mains and restart the box.

 

You can find the factory reset option in the settings menu.

 

This will mean you will have to sign into each app again, where required and if the 4k box will lose any recordings you may have and if the Hub, any programmes you have set up in your watchlist.
