I am using box model UZW4054TTG and last week when trying to watch live TV on all channels to came up with the error weak signal. It was a bit of a surprise as I had a new aerial fitted about 7-8 months ago, but I thought they may have fitted incorrectly and was going to contact them to take a look. However, I thought I should check by plugging the aerial straight into the TV and when I did that it worked. I plugged it back into the box and it didn't work. I still had an old Talk Talk TV box and so I tried it with that and again it works. I am assuming there is a fault with the new box, which we have had now for about 4 months. Please let me know if there is anything I should try on the box to get it to work. Cheers!

Hiya,
Many thanks for the advice. The factory reset fixed the problem thank you. It is a TV Hub by the way.
Cheers!

Try a retune from the settings menu and if that doesn't work try a factory reset.
Which box do you have? The Netgem or TV Hub.
