Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Do you have a 4k box? If so try a retune and if that does not help try resetting the box by pressing the button on the left hand side 5 times. so it restarts.

 

You will lose any recordings you may have if you utilise this function.

 

Please let us know how you get on, or of you have a different box to the Netgem 4k.
