TV problem

We have power and WiFi connection but the TV isn't working! The remote control doesn't appear to be connected to the HUB box and/or TV. Any advice?

Hi

 

Check the batteries in the remote, then ensure the remote is correctly paired with the box.  Follow the instructions at -
