After setting up a new 4k box today on a 2 year old Samsung tv the talk talk app on the app bar has disappeared,struggling to get it back. Has anyone got an answer please

If the factory reset from the menu has not worked I'm at a loss regarding anything else to try, bar checking for an update from the settings menu and then trying the full reset again.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Tried this and still no app on app bar. I’ve had this before when swapping a box and got it back but I’m at a loss this time

Try resetting the box by pushing the on off button on the side 5 times.

 

If that does not work try a factory reset from the settings menu.
