Please help 

I'm unable to connect my new box have followed instructions and get to connect remote but it won't. 

I need to figure out tge reasons Anyone.

holding the Home button and OK button down can set the remote into pairing mode,

Hi

 

Have a quick read through our help article : Setting up your TalkTalk TV Box - TalkTalk Help & Support

 

This will help you check the steps you have completed.

 

When pairing the remote, make sure you are about a metre away from the TV Box, the bluetooth signal is at a lower power level when pairing, so see if it will detect the remote.

All correct then I get a message to connect remote but nothing seems to allow me to do it

Hi

 

Is the box connected direct to the TV via a HDMI Cable ?

 

Does the box have an aerial connected at the back ?

 

Do you have an ethernet cable attached from the router or are you trying to set up the box via wifi ?

 

Can you describe, at what point the set up process is failing, what is on the screen etc.
