How do I go about getting a new tv box I’m still in contract with talktalk?

Hi Sue,
TalkTalk stopped issuing the older youview boxes just over 2 years ago now. We have a new TV box that has been recently released and depending on your contract etc you may be eligible, or may need to renew. Give our Customer Teams a call and request a new TV box and they can discuss any package changes with you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I don't know which box you have but please note that if you are eligible for a new box, TalkTalk now only supply non recordable ones.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
