Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.

Ooh I'm here for the same reason. I have been with TV for over a week as the 4k remote has disappeared! So we aren't able to buy or order a replacement? Anything online looks similar but had Prime instead of Netflix button

I don't think TalkTalk have replacement remotes for the 4k box.

If you explain what the issue with it is, support staff may be able to help.
